All the reserve catagory applicats for defense and freedom fighter catageory should go through the brochure properly because in the aero city draw due to the prefrence clases so many applicats such as widows and childern of freedom fighters were not included in the draw because the plots were filled only with freedom fighters themselves in the same manner happened with the galantery award winers due to sub catagories and param vir chaker, vir chakar holder were in first prefrence so the applicants relating to these should be aware to these . thins

They are approximately 15000-20000 depending on the location.
i dont think this is a good scheme after looking at the expected prices WHICH IS IN RANGE OF Rs 15,000 - Rs 20,000.Ther have flogged it for Rs16000.

list of applicants in bathinda is out although the scheme was closed 15 days later than ranjit avenue then why not list out in ranjit avenue scheme

The actual price in that area is around 25000-30000. As per news more than 20,000 applications had been rec'd one day prior to closing,so guess more must hv come throu'.
But there will definetly be a lot of flogging, with corrupt officials and property dealer nexus for that area, due to high premium.

The confirmed news for the date of draw i.e 14 th Feb- at Guru Nanak bhavan asr was published in the newspapers. They have also mentioned that total number of successful applicants are 19000 appx
For the detailed list or to ckeck your name one has to visit Amritsar improvement trust office located at Ranjit aveneue amritsar. I have myself visited there and checked my name in the list. Regarding rumors of scam they claim that the draw will be held in open and anybody can attend it.

I visited in Amritsar Improvement trust on 9 feb. For PPROVED LIST THERE IS NO CONCEPT. hOWEVER ACCORDING TO OFFICIALS ALL APPLICATIONS ARE OK. dEFECT IF ANY HAS ALREADY BEEN SORTED OUT ON TELEPHONE/OTHER MEDIA.

Improvement trust has loaded list of applicants for size 100,150,300,400 sq.yd.on their site under head "Download".
200, 250 yd list is still to be loaded.They say draw will be held on 14.02.2011.
list of eligible applicants for all sizes of plots has been posted on the official website of A.I.T at last on 13.02.2011 evening.best of luck to all.

i stay in a nearby area to ranjit avenue and the market price is minimum Rs 30000. I am sure that the draw is fake and everything is fixed.

It seems to be the biggest scam in Punjab as nothing was made public through newspaper advertisements. Public was not informed about the date of draw and other details
i heard the premium is Rs. 12000.. i.e. net rate is 28000 per sq yard.
Do u advise to hold on or sell the same in case we are a successful applicant in draw of plots
